Vanguard popped up in similar announcements across multiple companies today - I think it is just them shuffling existing holdings between internal entities, likely to do with ETF configurations. Basically a non-event.
What I'm more curious about is driver(s) behind the big recent leg down in share price - seems very overdone to me, and surprised it hasn't bounced back strongly over $4 yet.
