So they probably sold/redirected(?) a few in their Opportunities Fund (2.2m) to show a good quarterly result, they transferred to their Biotech fund to avoid the market/costs, they ran their bot as usual during the period of high volatility (small short figures most days suggests this) and they got a few as part of the SPP like a (good) shareholder should to support the company's efforts.

Is there anyone who can interpret the broker data more succinctly than taking a guess ... I'm not so sure they have dumped many on market yet as they may just have redirected their MOF shares. Their MOF Acct had 6,208,947 as at the Annual Report and they say they've reduced by 2,209,532.

If there was ever the right time to structurally adjust your holdings in RAC, IMO, the SPP phase at $3.25 was soooooo obvious an opportunity.

An Off-Market-Transfer at $3.25 minimizes tax liability, and maximizes forward looking opportunity (elsewhere) given the success of the SPP.
