    Very smart gavtech, you picked the right time to buy real estate, because prices are booming now. Three years ago you could buy houses in my suburb for up to $300,000 less than what the same house is fetching today. It just goes to show, whether it's real estate or equities, it still holds true that timing is everything. Well done mate.
