That's correct, @JoeyJr. Regardless, this announcement (movement of VC sub 5%) for all intents and purposes signals a (near) end to the HLF shareholder overhang saga. The number of investors I know who have HLF on their watchlist with this as the catalyst for entry is significant. I believe we are witnessing the bottom for the share price at 11c. It is a long way back up to get to fair value! On a 1.5x revenue multiple, we are looking at a $100m market cap versus $30m today (the same figure as the IPO in 2018 when the company was doing sub $2m rev versus $60m+ today!). Buckle in and enjoy.
