UBS have a prime broker agreement with WHC. They hold shares as custodians (the registered owner of the shares) on behalf of potentially hundreds of clients including funds - these are referred to as "beneficial owners" and their identity is not revealed. What this means is UBS's % holding will vary constantly & it is not a reflection of their personal views on the stock but rather of the endless number of possibilities of buys and sells from the beneficial owners.
