Bailey still has a significant holding of 95m shares or about 3%. More than about 70% of Bailey funds are underperforming the market and benchmarks. Surely this is just a risk off-trade not a complete sellout. No other significant holders have submitted a form 605. If Tsingshan collapses, isn't it JPmorgan the one that will be holding the bag since it is the largest counterparty to the short positions?
