We have a smililar doubts and sceptical criticism of another company in Chile a few years ago. It was suggested it was a scam as the acquisition of such a marvellous project was too good to be true. Though the acquisition appears to be good value, the end sum is still a large sum of money and it is challenging to take it on. Besides, not many small exploration companies have $16.5 million in cash to fund the drilling on a scale. There is also a tail end in royalties. For MAN, it is the acquisition of a life time as the historical datas are outstanding and MAN needs further drilling to confirm that there are indeed such good grades and more in unexplored and new areas. However the results would be very rewarding on confirmation. As I have been through a similar situation, I am quite comfortable with the current situation as I anticipate a rerate of the share price once people become aware of the attractive share price.
