for those that had the courage to buy in the last couple of months at around $1.90 to $2.00 (Mr Market gave you the opportunity), that would represent a dividend of nearly 9% (partially tax deferred), and in a bit of share price appreciation, and that would be a 20% return. Not bad in the current environment
Add a bit of leverage, and that return increases significantly.
4% position in the portfolio and happy with my return on this position.
