Correction, they had 6.9% on 20th October, which they could have got down to 6% without requiring another notification. (I got the 10% figure from last Annual Report)

They sold most of their holding, but its strange to me that they sold 12m and bought 1.5m, i wonder if there was three parties involved or two.

The 12.03m shares sold amounts to 5.6% of the 213.6m ordinary shares (as of mid year result).
The net amount of 10.51m shares is 4.92% of shares.

So perhaps they are deliberately flying under the radar and we wont see a disclosure statement from the buyer.
