not a property guru but share price is at discount to NTA of over 20%. Portfolio is trading on a average cap rate of 5.38%. I can't see this growing to 6.5% cap rate in a hurry to meet the share price. Industrial still trading well. Debt to equity ratios look safe.
What am I missing?
