Judging from your post you did not read a lot more than the headline. You also did no research like looking up the charts of the indexes with 50, 100, 200 DMA shown. Not one of the DMAs has gone flat never mind turned up. All the crosses when you posted were small and had lasted less than one day. They are all two days now.
My 10 % is off bottom I do not see anything that indicates we are near the bottom. The top for Lynas was over 4 months before it headed down. The bottom of market will be several months long always is.
