Ann: Ceasing to be a substantial holder, page-2

I waited for 3 days for comments on this and nobody said a thing. I guess if you are an up-ramper If you don't comment then it does not exist. So there have been 15 notices filed. in last 1.5 years. Three were employees taking options. One was AL selling. on 26July 2021 Fidelity bought shares. All the rest were institutions selling 3 putting their holdings below 5% so no reporting requirements. So The up rampers take the attitude do not reply and it will go away.
