Sigh....it's a pity you guys on HC don't do your homework.
There are close to 800mln shares on issue...which makes close to 40mln the threshold for disclosure.
And I didn't state anything other than....once under 5% you don't need to inform the market!!
Nor did I make any assumptions about further selling.
