Kumane Trust is Nico van der Hoven who was an Executive Director at VR8 appointed in July 2019. He has co-founded and operates multiple mines and was also CEO of Bauba Resources until Sep 2021. It was reported at the time he left to pursue other interests. The selling has been consistent for the past few months. My guess is he is selling for a new entrepreneurial opportunity or cover liabilities. I've been accumulating and very happy to pick up his shares, especially with less than three weeks to DFS.
