That Ann specifically states:- "Mandatory exchange of Shares for cash as part of acquisition"
and the date this exchange happened was 15/9/22 so can only presume they received their funds 15/9/22.
I also doubt there would be a need to submit this sort of notice once the SOA is implemented 26/9..........................
