I dont think there would be an issue if he was dumping at 5cents, a lot of the pain holders feel would be alievated if we were trading back there, rather than all time lows.
I think the issue is here all these shares were free, didnt pay a cent for them, whilst holders paid their hard earned. Him dumping huge amounts of SOI, into lows has pretty much killed the SP, and market confidence, when it was lacking already, and again he didnt have to pay a cent for them, the salary he was taking all these years wasnt enough?
For me the particularly obnoxious and atrocious behaviour is writing, on the day you are dumping your free shares, that you expect the market cap to be back up to 400mill, giving hope to the people who supported you and participated in CRs, and the market in general, but really you are just hoping to generate some volume for you to dump on at a market cap of 12 mill. Its real shady behaviour, no need to say any of it if you are going to dump and run.
