Funds may gain from lowered restart value 10cent or lessish gcy price but They would need a lowered straight up profit so prob 7-8 cents???/ a restarted gcy say at 10 cents what a diluted load for any gain of a $$$ demanding small goldie???/= not A lot of risk as previous 1 week OUT deal of gcy last contaractor funds may not even get on board = a high risk=???
