I think this is just the change in the % of company they hold now due to some option conversions from holders.
Would love to see them not hold any SRN anymore and be completely off the books so we can move freely, but unfortunately the way I read this is that its just an update of their holding from option converting diltuion, they still hold 63.2 million shares, but this is just under the 5% significant holder level now.
