I went to Myer Sydney last Saturday mid afternoon. It was amazing. The city was busy what with Black Friday sales but literally blown away how busy Myer was. In fact I’d go so far as to say I cannot remember when the store was so busy. The cosmetic area in the ground floor was packed. The escalators were non stop with streams of people with all ages and ethic groups. This suggests to me just how strong the Myer brand is.
Service levels were also high with cashier areas well manned.
