Some people have asked why. I do not know but for all things like this the first thing I do is look up history, they became a substantial holder 9/8 2022 with 43.36M shares just putting them over the limit of 5% at 5.03%.All transfers were from other institutions non were from the market.
they have traded actively since then borrowing shares from other institutions it is all in the filling. The data is not down line loadable so I have no idea of what they have now. Not going to the trouble of putting it in a spread sheet. So the fact is we do not know if they have 4.999% of shares now or zero. What I do Know is that in March Institutions had 35.8 % of shares. That to day they have 44.85%. This is a major positive.
Sorry about the gap in info Usually I put statistics like this in my DB more frequently. For some reason I stopped, Insiders now hold 0.98% in march they held 1.03% i consider the insider holding very small for a growth company of this size.
