Get a grip, at least learn what State Street do.
State Street is a Custodian. State Street dont, buy, sell, lend or borrow, they just file what they are told.
Saying State Street shorted or loaned shares is like saying HR Block is the largest payer of personal income tax because they filed 890,000 claims or Nabtrade buys and sells millions of shares!
