State Street has announced they are no longer a substantial holder of PLS.
Do not be fooled by this as if they slip just under the 5% mark, they are required to announce this.
They are still there and are the greatest enemy that PLS will be faced with.
They are a Wall St parasite and nothing more than that.
They have no purpose holding PLS shares other than to lend PLS shares out to their parasitic mates to short this company and short it they will.
And while all this goes on our Regulator looks the other way !
