My opinion that an investigation will find nothing suspicious remains, but go ahead and do an investigation if it makes you feel better. There was nothing suspicious in the price or volume behaviour of the stock on 7th, though Jace makes a good point that if a company is sitting on such explosive information, then it should go into halt (not legal or financial advice).
