Far too easy to fudge the books given this is a contracting company. That's their business model. And their model financial pricing for tendered work is wrong.
If one want's to invest in a contracting company, focus on one with big insider ownership, not one where paid management with limited stock ownership is is charge, and with a share holder register full of 'passive' investors.
