Wow, that's interesting timing. DOW was informed of the accounting irregularities Monday night, T. Rowe Price conveniently dumped their substantial shares on the market the next day, before the news broke yesterday. Last Friday they were accumulating above $5. Two trading days later they dump the lot for $4.80.
