    They didn't dump many... they were still holding >4.9% after the 6th or around 33 million shares. Given that only 4.8m total traded on 7th, they would still have owned a minimum of 27m shares going into the bad announcement. Most likely a lot more than that since the price didn't do anything interesting and volume was quite normal on 7th. It looks like they only just reached 5% and didn't do much after that and I guess flows in and out of their mutual funds was driving those trades, not some sort of inside whisper of bad things happening.
