Look deeper and you might find some enlightening information. Dont expect Anova to disappear any time soon. You may well be right in that Au Xingao will not convert all their debt but merely the accrued amount and possibly a bit more which is a pretty thing in itself as it would yield sufficient to resecure top dog place, again.

From a strategic perspective Au Xingao and Anova aren't exactly aligned with the current business momentum but are going along for the ride it seems. This little matter is what bismirches the current status with AEV and until it is re-aligned or amended there wont be too much institutional interest.
