That is what I’m thinking. HIO will need to raise cash again at some point in 2023. They might invite shareholders, but they might use Regal again too. This is one of my concerns going forward if I was looking to invest back in the stock. There needs to be a new cornerstone investor instead of Regal. Can management find one?
