Correct me if I am wrong, but I just the did numbers, from 13th Oct to 22 Dec, Perennial sold 3,885,755 shares for $1.7million consideration... from 12 Oct 22 notice, they had 15,995,156 shares left, hence they still have 12.1million shares outstanding... also, the 3.8million shares accounts for 20% of the trading for that period....
I was able to chat with few fund managers, (who don't hold 4DX stock), but the trend since the Jun rebound in the market, healthcare and IT stocks are just pounded by selling pressure from all funds regardless of fundamentals, no revenue, big cash burn... these funds just need to exit...
we do need good news from the company mid jan onwards, when people returns from the xmas/NY break...
