well, everybody keeps slamming the two D's - but look at what has transpired.
It is very clear that they wanted to "cash-out" their investment in WGO. That's their perogative.
AND , they recognised the inherent value that WGO represented.
So they started off an auction process.
And look where it has ended up -(and maybe still going?)
The M/C before the initial STX offer of .775STX:1 WGO was $???? (and payment in STX Scrip!)
Now what is MC of WGO - maybe double that? and in cash!
AND - the two D's, even though they accepted H 28c cash, they still get to participate in H's increased offer of 36c! So not so silly.
AND - each WGO s/h is very much still able to decide themselves what they wish for their shares.
Everyone wins. If you like STX then accept STX - if you wish to remain a WGO s/h, then don't sell.
It seems to have been a great outcome for WGO shareholders IMHO.
