The high frequency computer trading (HFT) price smashers are back. In the last 2 days GOR closing price has dropped 8.7% with 7,087 trades that represent 0.87% of the total issued shares. A huge number of trades for very few shares. A broken system that is not properly reviewed.
The stats on 18 January 2023 are: - 87 Trades for over 10,000 shares 1.8% - 3,303 Trades for less than a 1,000 shares 70% - 1,029 Trades for less than 100 shares 22% The only party that can buy 100 shares on a commercial basis is a party who is not paying a brokerage fee on each transaction. A fee is paid upfront that covers all trades. This is proof that HFT's are involved.
In addition out of the top 30 trades 15 are NXXT, CXXT etc where they are doing business with themselves.
