There is absolutely no rush for a new bidder.
No one wants to be next and show their hand too early. Anyone who is not actively engaged with ESS will need time to get what information is available together and gather a team to evaluate the opportunity and see whether Pioneer Dome fits with current property and ambitions. Then, they have to determine the maximum that they are prepared to pay and also the minimum which they assess it is sensible to offer. They also have to determine the best way to frame the offer - cash or paper or a combination and if so, what combination. The permutations and combinations are endless. This takes time, and anyone would likely wait for the scoping study and hopefully a report on the first pass investigation of the forty new prospects identified in the structural study. Any prospective bidder has a couple of months before they need to come out of the woodwork.
This is time for patience and accumulation before the fun begins.
