    Suspect a new bidder would wait to see if the takeover is OKed to Aus Government given Chinese connection and critical mineral

    If not acceptable then ESS will be easy pickings, (30% chance), if acceptable competition hots up (70% chance). Expect MIN given its synergies, even though Chris Ellison has a near full plate with Perth Basin takeovers. I would think ESS is irresistible, Chris is cheap...
