Seems to be a vital step that would affect the shareholders vote. Obviously has to concluded before the Second Court Date.
The vote and second court date are usually not that far apart.

I would hope that a statement would be available from the Bidder condition in the Scheme Booklet. A significant step given the involvement of a Chinese entity with a critical material.
