and if it all collapses he's no worse off financially than he was last week and he gets substantial access to the IP (whatever Dixon doesn't get first). That assumes it's the play he is looking at. Who knows? Maybe he just wants out and was prepared to recoup at least something?
Anyway, ASX/ASIC still have to approve it all though. Lots of water to flow under the bridge yet.
All I know is this has turned out to be a complete basket case after being promoted as a the next big thing in biotech.
