Was this done to get 1:1 entitlement @ 1c?

On second thoughts, C would get !;1 Entitlement on 17,216,270 shares anyway. However, by selling 9,902,254 @ 1.7c for $168k and participating in C note, is it possible to get back same amount of shares @ .008c/share?
