Why do you think the CR is imminent? It would have been done in the previous year if they had needed. Their cash bal was even lower in 2021. The operating cash flow is still positive in 22. The only thing that would trigger the CR seems to be based on this non-cash impairment? It is non-cash impairment. The star management appears to have stated if the star Sydney business was unviable they would divest the Sydney investment according to the earnings update. Why would they raise capital to keep the unviable business afloat? It is not in the best interests of the shareholders, is it?
