Hmmnn! I overlooked that situation. Personally, voting rights are not a big deal at my level of holding, but I still think the practise of lending shares for resale is despicable. WE cant sell our shares, with their voting rights, or use them as assets until we actually pay for them in full (with transaction fees included). But these privileged few can do so for some reason? I guess only because their lines of credit are water-tight from the lenders perspective?
