    NO......if you read the notice... it clearly states that because of the issue of shares exceeding approximately just over 1.392 billion, his combined shareholding is lower than the 5% reporting requirement for significant shareholding. HE STILL HASN'T SOLD ONE SHARE!
    That's the sign of a seriously good Leader!! Not ONE share sold!!
