just topped up today at $3.12 i like how its trading so far below its $4.09 book value and its 5.3% yield, the way im thinking i think MOST property trusts will stay weak until about July Aug as the FED and our RBA keep increasing % rates, as rates go up property trusts usually drop, so for the next few months hopefully most REIT's stay cheap so i can buy more, than later in the year when the economy starts to slow again, i think the RBA will start to cut rates, and that will boost property trusts, as % rates again fall, and people run and look for yield, and the best yield is property trusts, OR risky retailers that are still paying high divvies, but property trusts are so much safer especially with quality tenants and assets and trading 20% below NTA.
