Problem is they still have 16 million shares. They only have to report that they have gone under the 5% threshold. If you look at the last notice which was given on the 23/2 they were down to 19 million shares. As of today they are down to 16 million shares and considering the way they smash it the last few days and they only got out of 3 million we are in for some more pain to come. Now they dont have to report anything until they are out as they are no longer a significant shareholder. I personally was hoping that they had got rid of more than 6 or7 million shares but unfortunately they had not
