Looking carefully at this and the "becoming a substantial" it appears that this is just Companies trading shares. Few shares are hitting open market so low impact.
I did not go through and add things up. Just who transferred to who and how. Many appeared to be shorting and covering. with no long term changes in shorts.
If you look at shortman and see the quick dip in shorts 2/28 and 3/1 then look at notices it its pretty clear what happened.
