With houses, power lines, cars, commercial buildings etc badly damaged.

From what I can gather, Entergy is one of the major energy suppliers in Arkansas.

And Entergy is one of the large US Utility companies that Pointerra works closely with - see announcement below (in bold) from around 15 months ago:
