I suspect that this Q3 quarterly will show solid cash receipts - but with an excellent revenue figure included in the report.

And then Q4 might be the excellent cash receipts quarter we are all hoping for - and with hopefully another excellent revenue figure in Q4 showing Pointerra finished the year strongly.

My guess is it depends on when the invoice is raised (dated). With US companies balancing on 31 December, some might want no liability to arise before 1 January. The customer may not sign the Cerrtificate of Completion until after 31 December.
