Hey Writer, we largely agree. I was responding to something you may have blocked in regards to red flags and the new CEO possibly changing their mind on Pointerra.
As a manager in a large utility, my experience is that senior executives are involved if the contract has a strategic imp act on their function. As I mentioned above, the COO (Cheif Operating Officer) would be involved. But even tens of millionsis a tiny contract for a company like FPL and a decision of that size wouldn’t generally make it to the CEO although he would be likely be aware.
