You sound so ridiculous. Lind helped WHK achieve a very easy processed raise which took them to owning nearly 6% of the company. There are so many reasons that they may wish to not hold that much of a company. They wouldn't be the first company to sell off some shares after a cap raise. However to imply they will sell their whole holding is ludicrous. What company would ever go to Lind again for a cap raise? As was mentioned before they may be wanting to reduce to 5% holding or lower, or redirect funds elsewhere. I'm sure they are aware that with their significant holding size in an illiquid company, they can easily manipulate the share price much lower too. All I see is WHK now being a cheap $14m market cap company
