it is likely. as of the 28/02/23 TRP had 62m shares remaining.
the ceasing to be a substantial holder notice reflected TRP selling circa 25-27m shares to go below the threshold of substantial holder. leaving then with around 25-35m shares remain of which will go unreported if they're sold (unless these were purchased by another current substantial holder)
