I agree 100,000 oz will be enough to get the ball rolling on the granted mining lease imho, anything more is a bonus. As for long-term I reckon there'll be 1m oz plus paid for by early production. I'm leaving a few bucks aside in case there's a cr, although there's alternatives such as forward selling gold type agreements, debt etc... so not a given.
