Very stupid IMO or maybe a distressed seller, but not complaining, helped me buy into OZM at ridiculous low price.
From todays announcement he would have been left with 5,521,500 shares on the 18/04/23 and since then some futher 1,919,403 shares have been sold on market, so I would guess he now has somewhere between 3,600,000 to 4,000,000 shares left.
With the Scoping study and MRE coming out this quarter, which should show a Heap Leach gold mine to be very profitable, I'm expecting a major re-rating. The MRE should also show the Mulgabbie North discovery to host a significant gold project, as the RC drilling at Mulgabbie North has a defined primary gold mineralisation for over 2.8km of strike, with extensional drilling shows potential to extend the strike by 4.2km.
Could it be the twin brother of the Northern Star’s Carosue Dam gold provience, which has the same geology and is only several kms apart.
Maybe the board has been holding off for MH to sell his holding before they release the MRE and Scoping Study, if thats the case, its a good stratergy.
