Hopefully he`s not going to dump his other 61 odd MILLION SHARES and ruin this Company. Looking at all the one million parcels forsale in the offering it`s not hard to work out who`s they are now! If he`s lost faith in the M.D then why on earth hasn`t he ousted him as M.D by calling an extraordinary meeting and put in someone that can perform and create "shareholder wealth" like the Companys motto says it stands for? Mind baffling this is. Demands action! Best thing Sanjay can do is take up a position as non exec chairman and get in a new M.D with some drive IMO
